Step 1

When preparing your sides you can use the same box they came in. Just fold in the sides to create a strong container.

Step 2

  1. SET UP YOU AREA WITH THE SIDE TO BE PORTIONED, THE SCALE, THE PAPER TRAY, STORAGE BAGS AND AN EMPTY BOX.
  2. Weigh the product based on the portion guide.
  3. BAG THE SIDE.
  4. Twist the bag securely KEEPING ANY air OUT.
  5.  Add it to the BOX.
