Our Menu

Hello, we are a fast-casual seafood restaurant with lots of options to choose from. In this lesson, we will go over some of our menu basics, that way you can have confidence when making the meals on the backline, or helping
the guest at the register.

Menu Items

Samwiches

They are big and they are bold; with 10.5oz of fish piled on a toasted sesame bun and served with a tartar sauce packet, they definitely will fill you up.

lettuce, tomato, Cheese, and coleslaw are encouraged items to upsell with the saMwich.

Po Boys

The po boy hails from Louisiana. Originally dubbed the Poor Boy’s sandwich, they are served on a toasted 7in sub roll with our baby skrimp or another of our fantastic combinations and covered with our signature spicy or mild shack sauce.

lettuce, tomato, Cheese, and coleslaw are encouraged items to upsell with the Po boy.

Baskets

These come in two sizes our “regular” and our “shack size.”

For the regular, it comes with either 10 Skrimp or 7oz of fish

For the Shack Size, it will come with 20 skrimp or 10.5oz of fish

Both baskets come with a side and a drink. You can add 4 or 8 skrimp to any basket

Tacos

Our tacos consist of two flour tortilla shells with 2 fl-oz of lettuce and either 12 baby skrimp or 4oz of fish.

Then they are topped with 2 fl-oz of shredded cheese and covered with our signature spicy or mild shack sauce.
